Drip irrigation system delivers water to the crop using a network of mainlines, sub-mains and lateral lines with emission points spaced along their lengths. Each dripper/emitter, orifice supplies a measured, precisely controlled uniform application of water, nutrients, and other required growth substances directly into the root zone of the plant.
Water and nutrients enter the soil from the emitters, moving into the root zone of the plants through the combined forces of gravity and capillary. In this way, the plant’s withdrawal of moisture and nutrients are replenished almost immediately, ensuring that the plant never suffers from water stress, thus enhancing quality, its ability to achieve optimum growth and high yield.

Manufacturing process of PVC Pipes

1. PVC resin and additives are weighted accurately and dispended into the high-speed mixer.

2. Mixed PVC material is conveyed into the extruder where the material  goes through heating process inside the barrel of the extruder.

3. The melted material is extruded through the die set, which is shaped according to the size of the pipe required.

4. The pipe is entered into the vacuum tank once it leaves the die set. The pipe is sized by the internal pressure and goes through the cooling process.

5. The pipe is indelibly marked at preset intervals, with identification of trademark, certification mark, code for pipe specification, nominal size, nominal pressure and date of manufacture.

6. The Pre-cooled and shaped pipe is pulled down by haul-off machine at a constant speed.

7. The pipe is cut into a standard length of 6m or any required length by using a cut-off saw machine.

8. Pipes that require socket will go through socketting process using a belling machine

9. The finished pipes are palletized and stored

7. The finished pipes are either coiled or palletized and then stored

The quality measures shows that at RUNGTA brand ,    the objective of our quality assurance system is to avoid defects in the Pipes and  to meet the customers' need rather than to find out the defects. As such, we   pioneers  quality control right from the beginning, i.e., the raw material inspection and the in-line inspection. The company has  skilled persons who are in constant touch with our clients from where we generate and execute the orders. We also request for quality satisfaction certificates from our customers.
Our Quality procedures are outlined as follows:
Raw Materials Inspection - Initial check - Random check.
Pre-production meeting of the Quality inspectors and Production staff to ensure all the laid down  points for the final product is met and correspond healthy.
In-line Inspection to inspect the quality of work-in-progress goods.
Quality testing of Pipes by casual sampling lot wise at our in-house laboratory as per Indian & International Standards.
Where ever external testing is preferred is also carried only after completion of internal In house Testing.
Full batch Checking of the processed Pipes before going to the market .
Final Inspection of stock and packing list before loading and Dispatch.
Verifying everything went in order and duly informing clients of the same.
